Moderator Access Feature

hey amphy

is it easy to implement a feature for moderators like global mods to edit user sigs??

with the number of new users having spam advertising links in their sigs its either warn them and they still dont do anything about their sigs or delete their post

also include a feature to ban/suspend their user account to minimise idiots roaming all over the place giving us shit to deal with

we is getting mega spam bots or spamming asslickers and without access to block/delete/ban/etc... makes any form of contact to said offender useless
