rather than make a new thread on this, may be easier to keep it to this same topic.

I also just got a Pioneer 111d, and have been hinted (from glitch) to flash it. now ive searched, and cant find a step by step guide how to do it.

advice guys?

Well, depends what you want to do / achieve with it. What are your intentions? You can indeed, do much with it.

I lived in Davenport for about a year.... Does that count?

When you learn to spell Devonport, I'll believe you :P

Wow, was just down in Tassie last week. Didn't realise there was so many SPL'ers down there! Not a bad spot... :) Shame about all the logging.

heh, we're growing... watch out :P

yeah, quite alot of logging going on, which sucks bigtime.... we export so many wood chips each year, its not funny....

sell woodchips to china, they make furniture out of it, then send it back to us to buy.... seems silly IMO...
